
Just a traditional homemade Japanese warm food (carrots, daikon radish, chicken in fish stock / soy sauce based soup simmering for at least 2 hours.
I made pickled napa cabbage (白菜), too.
The taste is not even similar to my mom's. I can feed myself at least.
