The 4th World

The 4th world, where it used to be called a developed country, remained still in the glory of the 20th century.

Everything is rusted out.

Machines are making hissing noise.

In 2010 (when an astronaut meet something/someone on the huge monolith near Jupiter in a science fiction movie), streetcars in this town are turning to 33 years old.

Hard-used streetcar's life in a harsh weather country may be very short.

A man look at the sky, everyone knows that we need a flow to revitalise everything in a town.

This town has turned into the 4th World where it was, once upon a time, called a developed country.
