On a street at Night, on my way home, it is of course dark. Toronto is a big city, so downtown is bright enough. I could step on a dog shit or chewing gum, or it could be like last night.
I found money on a street – 3 20-dollar bills. If there was a koban (a small police stand, located around the streets of a city in Japan), I could have handed the article to a police officer. There is no such system in Canada. If I didn't pick them up, someone, who found the bills, would pick up and take them with him/her.... So, I picked them up and snatched them.
It reminded me the time when I lost my Metropass on the same street in one winter like 10 something years ago.
