「Are you Kenichi?」
「That's fine.」
I was at home during daytime today because I work at night this week.
I went down to the entrance after I heard a door bell. There was a postman at the door.
Cold air and white breath that the postman exhaled came inside from the door and disappeared.
"Are you Kenichi?" asked the postman. "Yep, I am," replied I.
I told him that it is freezing cold and he told me that I could close the door while signing on a piece of paper.
"That's fine," said I. I thanked the postman and closed the door.
When I opened a envelop, there was a package with a bookstore's sticker and I opened the package. It was Haruki Murakami's short stories. It's nicer to read in Japanese after all. I was so happy to see it.
I opened the book and looked through pages briefly. I am always amazed how finely Japanese books are made.
Thank you very much for sending me this book!
