Don't have, Don't make, Don't let anyone bring in

Current news (in Japan).

"Don't have, don't make, don't let anyone bring in" (for nuclear weapons), that I have read in a textbook of social studies when I was small, was a lie; at least to the point, "don't let anyone birng in." In the US documentation, this fact has already been publicly accessible, but this fact was revealed and officially stated by Japanese government once again.

It is just a common knowledge, but we can tell how much the US government relates to Japanese government.

Tatemae and honne, it is an ideal to hope that any government should tell truth to its citizens and residents, no matter what country it is.

Though, there is a fear of how many ships could be tipped over by telling truth and fact.
