時差ぼけで、起きたくもないのに午前６時に目を覚ましてしまう。

カーテンを開けると、暗闇の中、うっすらと雪が積もっているのが見えた。

（写真は午前７時４５分に撮ったのですでに明るい。）

仕事は午後３時からなので、後で少し寝ようと思う。

I got up at 6 am – it wasn't that I wanted to get up that early.

It was just because of the jet lag.

I opened the curtains and I could see a thin layer of snow on the ground in the dark.

(The photo was taken at quarter to 8 am, so it's already bright.)

I need to get to work at 3 pm. I will take a little nap later, I think.
