Practicing in a Lexus | レクサスで練習

I practiced driving in a Lexus on Sunday.

My friend got me a car and it was supposed to be Ford Fiesta, but it ended up with a humongous, extravagant, grandpa's Toyota because of an unorganised agency.

I drove north on Bathurst and took some other streets to get to T&T (an Asian grocery store) in Thornhill. I, of course, parked on the edge of the parking lots of the shopping mall. lol

Later, I practiced parking at a GO station parking lots and parallel parking in a boxy, industrial area of Vaughn.

My friend told me that I had to be more careful when switching lanes and I had to make it really slow when parking. All over though, it wasn't that bad, eh? Thank you!


日曜日、レクサスで運転の練習をした。

僕の友達が車を手配してくれたのだが、それはフォードのフィエスタ（小型車）のはずだった。けれど、レンタカーオフィスの都合で巨大で豪華な爺ちゃん仕様のトヨタになってしまったのだ。

バサーストを北上しいろいろな道を通って、ソーンヒルのT&T（アジア系のスーパー）まで辿り着く。もちろん、ショッピングモールの駐車場の端っこに駐車した。笑

その後、GO（トロントの近郊鉄道）の駅の駐車場で駐車の練習をして、ボーン（トロントの郊外の町の名前）の工業団地風な所で縦列駐車の練習をした。

僕の友達が、車線変更をもっと気をつけろ、と、駐車する時はもっとゆっくりした方がいいと言ってくれた。でも、そんなに悪くなかったでしょ？　ありがとね。
