Tuxedo

In May, one of my close friends, S, in Ontario will get married.

I met her where I worked full-time in Toronto 4 or 5 years ago. She has been a great sister of mine whereas we are not relatives or anything. She is from the same prefecture as I am from. We spent lots of time when we were singles. She met this fantastic guy through a classified ads. How wonderful it was!

I will be her man of honour.

So, I went to a Tip Top store in the Chinook Mall to get fitted. This will be only the second time that I attend a wedding. S and her fiancé made an arrangement with Tip Top for rental tuxedos. When I spoke to a sales clerk, I mixed up with "best man" and "master(/maid) of honour." I had no clue about anything relates to a wedding.

Anyway, I will wear tuxedo first time in my life. A pair of shoes isn't included in the rental package, so I have to find a shiny pair of dress shoes when I get to Toronto.

I "stood up" on the woman's side in a straight wedding too -- the wedding of my friend in Calgary. I got to wear a kilt! I loved the fact it upset a lot of the guests that there was a man on the women's side of the wedding party.

You will look very hot in a tuxedo.
