I was attending a child care centre before entering elementary school from when I was 3 years old. There was a kid's show on channel 8, Fuji TV from 8am to 8:30am. It was called "Hirake! Ponkikki." I watched this show almost everyday before my mom and I left for the centre.
"Pata Pata Mama" is one song, that I still remember, in the show.

You're lucky. When I was growing up I had two tv stations only. Most kids shows were lame, although we loved them.
I AM now going to be singing the Pata Pata Mama song in my head all day. I love how she boots the kid and hangs him on the clothesline; oh and how the sheet seems to have a huge cum stain on it :)
