
I didn't know the word for ぎっくり腰 (gikkuri goshi) in English. I looked up the word in the dictionary. I am not sure if it is the right translation, but my dictionary says it is strained back. I felt a pain in my back suddenly while i was in the palcement. I talked to one of the stuff at the placement site. And, one of ladies told me that it is CRITICAL to work as what I am trying to be and I absolutely know IT IS before she revealed the fact. I made an appointment with my shiatsu/accupucuture person right away. It gets better, but he told me that it was quite dangerous condition, like one minute before you are not be able to move at all because of strained back. Anyway, I am saved and hopefully my back will be healed soon. Now I know that I have to do some stretches or something for my back. The fact is that I can't really have time for it. My shiatsu/accupuncture person asked me how other people who are not familiar with oriental medical procedures. I replied that maybe they are just taking pain killers?

ぎっくり腰5秒前。危なかったようだ。子供持ち上げたり下ろしたり、保育士って肉体労働。わかっていたし、自分の弱った腰をストレッチやらジムに行く事でカバーしようとしてたんだけど、いろんな事が重なると人間の体はすぐもろくなる。ジムにも週1しか行けないし(今週はもちろんお休みします)、寝る前にベッドの上でストレッチやらいろいろしないといけないなぁと思いつつ、寝る方が先かな?って思って寝てしまう。

I never strain my back,
but I've heard about it from
people who have experienced.
They say that
once you strain your back,
you often do it again,
so you have better to cure completly.
ぎっくり腰になると癖になるっていうから、
しっかり治して気をつけてね!
かなりましです。ありがとう。チャリ通の予定だったけど、1月早めてTTCに乗ろうと思います。出費がかさむけど、針指圧って結構かかるもんね。しょうがないです。
