At a subway station I use, there is an extra TTC worker besides the person at the collector booth in the monring.
He is at the station most of the weekdays.
The funny thing is that there is no extra worker in some mornings during weekdays rush hour.
This means the station I use doesn't need an extra person, doesn't it?
This extra person always look sleepy and not cheerful for customers in the morning before work.
How far can TTC ignore its waste of operating costs?
We pay for the service and TTC should show its efforts to cut down some costs, too...
Just a thought anyway.
