大震災 | The Great Earthquake

深夜のトロントのレトロな路面電車は、ゴミであふれている。

まるで地震か何かがあったように散らかっている時がある。

あの朝、僕はお母さんに起こされた。

起きたら家が揺れていた。

地震が治まって、朝起きてテレビをつけたら、神戸では大変な事になっていた。

あれが大阪だったら、寝ぼけた僕は確実に死んでいた

あの大震災から１６年。

僕はまだ生きている。

阪神淡路大震災で亡くなった方々へ、改めてご冥福をお祈りいたします。

There are full of garbage on a retro streetcar of Toronto at the late night.

It is as messy as if an earthquake happens a second ago or so.

On that morning, My mother wakes me up.

When I got up, our house was shaking.

After the quakes stopped, it was just a disaster in Kobe, like in a science fiction movie.

If it happened in Osaka, I would have definitely died.

It's been 16 years now since the great earthquake in Kobe.

I am, still alive.

To the people who died in the great earthquake in Kobe and Awaji, may your soul continue to rest in peace.
