小さい頃、池でヤゴを捕まえた。
透明のプラスチックの飼育箱で飼った。
昆虫図鑑を見ながら、飼い方も学んだ。

もう、忘れちゃったな、飼い方なんて。

ある朝、飼育箱の中で、ヤゴがトンボに変身していた。
こうやって僕は昆虫が生まれ変わりながら、水中から空へ飛んで行くのを学んだ。
カナダに来てから、あまり昆虫を見ていない。

てんとう虫とチョウチョと蜂と蟻さんくらい。
トンボなんているの？


When I was small, I caught some dragonfly larvas at a pond.
I kept them in a transparent plastic box.
I even learned how to keep dragonfly larvas in a box well with reading an encyclopedia of insects.

Though, I forgot to how to do it now.

One morning, I saw a dragonfly that cast off the shell of dragonfly larva in the box.
This was the way how I learned a water insect extending its life to the sky.
Since I came to Canada, I haven't seen many insects.

I have seen only ladybugs, butterflies, bees and wasps, and ants.
Where are dragonflies?
