A Pair of Sandals, White Cream Salmon and Spinach Pasta, & Haruki Murakami's

M and I went to a nearby Superstore to do grocery shopping last Saturday. I somehow like shopping at Superstore very much. Since a pair of cheap light green IKEA slippers I was using inside of house were being worn off and about to die, I bought a pair of cute sandals for replacement of the slippers. I looked for orange, but there wasn't orange then. It is very comfortable to wear it. I am liking it so much. I think I am trapped by Superstore's marketing that I usually end up with buying something else other than groceries. Damn, Loblows!

This Sunday, I made pasta. I cooked fillets of salmon first time in a long time. It was good, but it needed a little more salt and pepper.

Today, I went to Chapters near Southland station. I didn't intend to buy anything, but I bought 2 children books for my assignment of making and preparing a prop box for sociodramatic play at centres and a Murakami's short stories. I like his work. I find English translations as nice as original Japanese ones.

Um,I have done too much shopping then.

Wow, I love the sandals. I think you need to wear them with pink socks.

You will be happy to know that the old Maple Leaf Gardens building at Carelton and Church is being turned into a Superstore!

I saw your sandals in the window of a store on Yonge Street this morning. They had a big rack of them in blue and green and yellow and orange and red...

I think you need more pairs so you have different colours depending on your mood!
