「Do you want to come to the party?」
I walked from Yonge and Bloor, where it was close to my work, to Chinatown via my friend's apartment vicinity. It took about an hour.
When we got closer to Chinatown, I spotted Sarah Thomson, who was a candidate for Toronto Mayor (was it last year?), in a small group of people in front of us.
Sarah Thomson said to my friend, "Do you want to come to the party?"
She was handing to my friend a flyer that I could see "Liberal" on it.
"She still wants to be a politician...."
Are there people who go to a stranger's party, just after being invited on the street?
I personally have zero interest in a party that is hosted by a politician even more.
We were hungry so we were quite unfriendly, I think.
Dumpling place in Chinatown was good.
